Take a building
much like this one.
Add a couple willing owners
and have a little fun.
Mix in an interesting bartender or two
and a creative chef with attitude.
Sprinkle in a handful of waitresses
and a few dishwashers with latitude.
Don't forget to add a sweet hostess
and a maintenance crew for good measure.
Let it sit
and let it simmer.
Then serve the customers
their best homemade dinner.
